Lodging
Accommodations for overnight is reserved for those who are members of VOB and for those who attend regularly and then accommodations will be opened up to those outside of VOB.
Please check the ACCOMMODATION for which you are registering, how many nights,
and if applicable, how many people. Priority for the Inn Agape and Fairview Lodge will be assigned on a first-come/first-served basis to families registering for the full 9 nights. Indicate which nights you would like to stay. Please insert the number of persons for each night that you will be here.
Friday, October 25th will be Clean and Leave day with breakfast provided.
Day Rates:
There will be a daily fee of $8/person for lunch and supper for those who wish to come up for the day like Family Day, 10/20. If you decide to spend the night, this would include breakfast. However day guests spending the night would need to spend the night in the Sonshine House which will be a bunk room for which bedding would need to be brought. If you wish to be a Day Guest, please indicate the dates in the Notes on page 2 below. If you decide to stay, see Donna to make sure there will be room for you that night.
Dining
Available meals include Breakfast, Lunch, & Supper 10/16 – Breakfast 10/25. (Lunch will be provided for those helping set up on 10/16 and packing up on 10/25)
